Founder & Partner
Co-Founder and CEO of EXPEGY, Nuno is currently responsible for guaranteeing the company’s growth and the achievement of its long-term goals. Since the beginning of his career he has always been involved in Franchising Expansion and Operationalization, as well as project management related to structural strategic decisions with Top Tier stakeholders. Working on both sides of the Business (from Retail Brands to Retail Groups) he dealt with more than 20 Top International Brands being responsible for Expansion, Business Intelligence, Operations and Merchandising departments throughout his career. His multicultural and diverse environments adaptability, made him a true Global professional capable of leading any project and representing any client/partner efficiently.
Frederic Castellon Tufet
Frederic has more than 15 years of experience working with leading brands in the market, helping them to develop, in both national and international environments, both subsidaries and distributors. He has managed and directed sales departments, coordinating that function with the other departments, as well as developing the relevant marketing and communication tools within different companies.
He has been specializing throughout his career in Brand & Team Management, being able to offer a 360º (omnichannel) vision and action plan towards the current Market requirements.
Santiago Cimas Valderey
Business Development Consultant
Santiago has more than 17 years of national and international experience within the Sports and Fashion Industry. The long experience in leading, motivating and managing teams with a people centric approach turns him into a huge advantage to all our clients. His biggest achievement has been the creation, development and establishment of an Iberian subsidiary of a Sports Multinational managing to distribute products in the sports, fashion and shoe shops distribution channels. His enthusiastic and empathic personality mixed with a 360º strategic vision, influential and analytical skills are the perfect match to our team.
Operations & Training Manager
So far Berta has lived and worked in 3 continents and mostly involved with Retail projects. Being a Spanish who worked with the Spanish market, she understands deeply the needs and characteristics of it, using her extensive networking in the country and knowledge to help and guide any Brand who wants to face one of the most competitive markets in the world. During her career, Berta has also worked for International Brands as an Operations Manager, managing directly several stores in a multicultural environment, its staff and the commercial relationship between the Retail Group and the Brands. She plays a strong role in our team, being our primary contact related to all matters in the Spanish Market.
Rute Guimarães Pereira
Marketing & E-commerce Manager
Graduated in Economics, Rute soon after University understood her true path and dedicated herself to understand and specialize in Marketing (especially in Digital Marketing). She took the Master’s Degree in Marketing and the Post-Graduation in Digital Marketing and so far she has lived in Portugal, Qatar and The Netherlands, and developed multicultural understanding and Global adaptability capacities. Her passion for Social Media Strategy and New Major Trends, followed by her constant Up to Date knowledge of it, makes her the perfect addition to our team, guaranteeing that we are always front runners in terms of our Image and Communication strategy.
